How can i book a cleaning service?
Our booking process is quite simple within 60 seconds. Simply fill out the booking form HERE. You can securely pay with your credit card using Stripe Payments. Stripe is one of the world’s leading credit card processing companies and it is fully safe and secure. We'll send you an email to confirm your booking within 48hrs. How do I make changes to my booking?
You will receive confirmation and reminder emails before your service. At the bottom of these emails will be a link to create and sign in to your account. You can make changes to your service that will be flagged in the office
How can I cancel my service?
You can cancel your service at any given time, either online or over the phone. We have no lock-in contracts that you need to worry about. Please note: all cancellations must be made 1 business day before the service is to take place. If a cancellation is made within 1 business day, you may incur a fee which covers the cleaner’s loss of wages. Please note that if we can cover the cleaner’s time through re-allocating work. We can sometimes waive this fee, but on occasion the fee must be charged.
How long does it take to complete house cleaning?
Well, it depends upon the number of bedrooms and the condition of your property. Usually, standard house cleaning services take 2-4 hours, but if your house is not in a well-to-do state, it might take up to 3-6 hours.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
Yes! Of course! Our products are 100% original and environment-friendly. Even if you have kids or pets at home, our cleaning detergents will not harm them.
A deep clean is for first-time customers or customers who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned in the past 1 month. This allows our cleaners additional time to thoroughly clean your home.
Our Happiness Guarantee represents our commitment to you. Should you have a concern with our cleaning service you have received, we will work with you to make it right.
Here’s the procedure:
- Call us within 48 hours of your cleaning and provide us with details of your concerns and/or issues.
- Photos of concerned areas may be required prior to revisit or refunds.
- 48 hours grace period is given for Move-in/Move-Out cleans.
- We will re-schedule the clean at no cost to you on the following business days. Our team will return to your home and address the areas of concern. Please note that re-cleans must be completed within 7 business days of last service to be eligible for credit or refund of service.
- After the re-cleaning, if you still have concerns regarding the clean, we will review your issues once again and if we are unable to address your concerns, we will fairly provide a credit or a refund to you.
We provide a 200% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you’re unhappy with the service, we will return with 72 hours to rectify and re-clean any missed areas. If you’re still unhappy after the re-clean we will refund the money back to your account, it’s that simple.
Do you provide insurance coverage?
Yes. Our services come with insurance coverage against damage or loss to goods and property. In the event of any mishap, we have got you covered so that you don't have to spend a single penny from your pocket.
Is there any facility of same day cleaning?
We, at iSmart Clean schedule your cleaning on the same day of your booking appointment. We get your home cleaned as per your convenient time from 7 am to 5 pm on any day of the week.
